Product Details

Quickly melt and temper chocolate in a very compact size. Vibrating plate heated by a low voltage source. The machine is easy to clean. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Close circuit cooling system featuring countercurrent heat exchanger.

The Selmi One’s compact size makes it an ideal solution for bakeries, ice cream/gelato shops, and restaurants to access ready to use tempered chocolate in a moment’s notice.
